Solar panels

These panels are made up of solar cells and are responsible for absorbing sunlight and converting it into direct current (DC). The quality and efficiency of the solar panel is the most important factor in the overall performance of the power plant.

Solar inverter

Since most power grids use alternating current (AC), solar inverters convert the DC current generated by the panels into AC. There are several types of inverters, including central inverters, string inverters, and microinverters, each with their own advantages.

Retaining and tracking structures

These structures hold the panels at the optimal angle to the sun. In some advanced power plants, solar trackers are used to move the panels throughout the day to capture the most solar energy and increase the amount of solar electricity produced.
